Introduce the word photograph instead of picture; 2. discuss how a photograph is different from a drawing; 3. Discuss How a photograph turns out - exact image; 4. Ask students how they have changed since they were babies. How do you know that you have changed or grown? 5. View baby photographs of students; 6. Develop awareness of background and posing for a photograph; 7. Identify parts of a camera - lens, on/off switch, flash, film; 8. Teacher takes individual photographs of students as well as students and care partners; 9. Care partners complete autobiography of Kindergarten students; 10.Glue student's picture onto autobiography sheet; 11. Display on bulletin board entitled: "All About Me." Other Bulletin Board Suggestions: 1. "Student of the Week" - ages of students, favourite food/activities/movies; 2.
