Laboratory Quality Assurance Policy Manual Amendments

Dear Laboratory:
The Laboratory Quality Assurance Program is committed to the principles of the specific standards that describe requirements for quality and competence particular to the medical laboratories.
To that end, a new and revised Quality Assurance Policy Manual has been developed and a copy is enclosed.
We welcome your feedback and request that all proposals for revisions to existing policies and for new policies be submitted prior to September 15th each year.
Good luck in your pursuit of excellence in laboratory medicine.
